Manufacturer Extended Warranties

An air conditioning system has moving parts very similar to the motor of your car. In Central Florida, your AC system will operate approximately 2300 hours annually. If you have a heat pump, your system will also operate an additional 750 hours annually in the heating cycle. If you drive your car 3050 hours annually, at an average speed of 55 miles per hour, you would drive over 165,000 miles. That is the same type of wear and tear that your AC system endures.

Major AC equipment manufacturers offer Extended Warranty contracts that can offset the unexpected expenses associated with system failure. We operate as an agent and offer these manufacture's warranties to you.

Although available in many configurations, the most common warranties offered by Carrier are as follows:

5 year Parts & Labor - These warranties provide you with 4 additional years, 2nd through 5th year of parts and labor coverage. Basic maintenance items are excluded.

10 year Parts & Labor - These warranties provide you with 9 additional years, 2nd through 10th year of parts and labor coverage. Basic maintenance items are excluded.

Please Note:

• Routine maintenance is required for to maintain coverage. Purchase a PPS Agreement and the required maintenance items are covered.
• You can protect your investment with a PPS Agreement and an Extended Warranty.
