Our goal is to provide our customers with a service that results in 100% satisfaction. We use our skills in "Value Engineering" to evaluate each service to determine the best solution. Value Engineering involves providing the best solution that meets the need at the lowest price.

Like every business, not all employees perform their task within the same elapsed time. To insure that you receive fair pricing, regardless of the servicing technician, we employ "Flat Rate" pricing. This results in each like task priced at the same amount, regardless of the time or parts involved. After a short diagnostic period, the tech will gladly provide you a quote to make any necessary repair.

We do not pay commission to our techs for part replacement and we pay techs per hour. Not piece work. Experience has shown us this eliminates any unnecessary task and parts replacement.
